A) Privacy & Data Processing
- Data we collect: account details (e.g., email), product key status, basic device/extension telemetry, and operational logs necessary to run, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- Inputs & outputs: we save user input data (e.g., prompts, selected text, job snippets) and AI text outputs for reliability, quality, and troubleshooting. We do not store exported PDFs.
- No sale of data: we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
- Processors: we may share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the Service (e.g., AI model providers, hosting, analytics, payments), subject to contractual safeguards.
- Analytics/marketing: if enabled, we may use standard analytics or tag managers to measure usage. These tools may set cookies or similar technologies consistent with their policies.
- Security: we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data; no system is perfectly secure.
- Retention: we retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
B) Content & IP Policy
- AI-generated content belongs to you; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and using it lawfully.
- All Applily code, design, brand, documentation, and infrastructure remain our exclusive property.
- Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its components without written permission.
C) Acceptable Use & Enforcement
- Do not use the Service to produce illegal content, evade rules, or violate third-party terms.
- Accounts may be banned or suspended, with or without notice, for any breach or risk, and we are not required to provide proof, to the extent permitted by law.
- We may rate-limit, disable features, or revoke keys to protect the Service and other users.
D) Refund Policy (Summary)
- Only valid if the extension demonstrably does not work on your device; video proof required within 24 hours.
- Not valid for “bad/slow generation,” preferences, or misunderstanding of features.
E) Responsibility & Compliance
- You must follow all applicable laws, employer policies, and job board rules. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for reviewing the outputs before submitting them.
- We are not responsible for employment decisions, outcomes, rejections, or any consequences of your use of the Service.
F) Changes to Policies
We may update these Policies at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Edited” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
